Thank you for helping us sell out the exhibit hall last year. As a previous exhibitor you have first option to secure your spot for the 2025 NNLA Winter Conference. Register your booth by November 15 and pay in full by December 1 to lock in your exhibit space. After December 1, any unclaimed/unpaid exhibit space will be released to our vendor waiting list. When you register for a booth, you will choose either a booth with one person staffing ($405) or two people staffing ($525). Any additional staff will register as an additional attendee ($135 each). You will also have the option to purchase a sponsorship in addition to your booth or as a standalone item. The Gold and Platinum sponsorships include one conference registration. If purchasing a silver level sponsorship and attending the conference, register under the 'additional exhibitor attendee' and then purchase the silver sponsorship as an additional item. If not attending the conference, purchase the silver sponsorship as a 'sponsorship only'.
As part of the 100th Anniversary celebration, NNLA has secured Husker Volleyball Coach John Cook as the opening keynote speaker. You can sponsor Coach Cook's session for $2,000 (limit 3). With this sponsorship you will receive your logo on event materials, signage, two registration fees, and verbal recognition during Coach Cook's session and your logo on the screen in the auditorium. Contact the NNLA office to register your two complimentary registrations.
NNLA will be hosting a raffle to support the scholarship fund during the conference again this year. As part of your exhibitor registration please indicate if you are willing to provide an item for the raffle. NNLA uses the money raised from the raffle to award scholarships to horticulture students attending a college in Nebraska. If donating, plan to bring your item with you to the conference and drop it off at the registration table. Below is the agenda for the conference - we are finalizing the speakers and will release those details in early December along with the attendee registration opening. You will also find hotel room block and parking information below.
